Delivery
We prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Belgium: delivery in 2 working days, except in exceptional circumstances.
- International: an average of 10 working days, depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your parcel in real time.
Returns
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To be accepted, the item must be:
- unworn and unused;
- in its original condition;
- returned in its original packaging;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we have received and inspected your parcel, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or refused. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible, subject to your bank’s processing times.

If, despite the care taken in manufacturing, you notice a manufacturing defect or a conformity issue on receipt or after normal use, please contact our customer service at hello@bshirt.rocks, quoting your order number and attaching a few photos of the product.
Each request is assessed individually. When a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer the most suitable solution (exchange, repair, credit or refund), in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting in particular from:
- normal wear and tear;
- misuse or improper care;
- negligence, accidents, impacts or tears;
- alterations or repairs carried out by a third party.
